By accessing or using any services, resources, or content provided by AuraWell Collective, you signify your unreserved acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement becomes effective on the date of your first engagement with our services or platform. Our services are designed for discerning adults aged 35 and above, focusing on evidence-based health solutions and authentic community connection. We invite you to review these terms thoroughly, as they define the scope of our personalized wellness plans, daily health articles, mindfulness workshops, curated product recommendations, and community feedback platform.

AuraWell Collective reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes through email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services following such notification constitutes your renewed acceptance of the revised terms. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved in the courts of Nashville, TN.

Our dedicated team is committed to providing comprehensive, personalized wellness support. Here’s a detailed look at the standards and scope of our engagement with you:

  • Personalized Coaching & Deliverables

    Detailed descriptions of your coaching plan, including session frequency, content focus (e.g., nutrition, sleep, mindfulness), and tangible deliverables such as customized meal plans or progress reports.

  • Flexible Scheduling & Attendance

    Guidelines for booking, rescheduling, and canceling sessions. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations to honor our coaches' time and ensure fairness to other clients.

  • Timely Communication Standards

    Our commitment to response times for emails and messages, ensuring you feel supported and heard. Expect replies within 24-48 business hours.

  • Service Modification & Customization

    Procedures for adjusting your plan as your needs evolve, ensuring your wellness journey remains adaptive and relevant to your goals.

  • High Professional Standards

    Our coaches adhere to strict codes of conduct, ethical guidelines, and professional boundaries, ensuring a safe, respectful, and effective coaching environment. We do not provide medical advice.

  • Confidentiality Assured

    Your privacy is paramount. All coaching conversations and personal data are kept strictly confidential as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Investment, Payment, and Cancellation Terms

Transparency in financial terms is key to a smooth partnership. Below are our policies regarding payment, cancellations, and refunds:

Payments for all AuraWell Collective services are due in full at the time of booking, unless an alternative payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. We accept all major credit cards and offer secure online payment processing. For multi-month packages, installment plans may be available upon request. All pricing is clearly outlined on your service agreement prior to beginning coaching. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests for individual coaching sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered rendered and may not be refunded or rebooked. Workshop and program specific cancellation policies will be detailed at the time of registration.
Refunds for coaching packages are available only within 7 days of purchase, provided no services or sessions have been utilized. After this period or once services commence, no refunds will be issued. Workshop and digital product refund policies are outlined on their respective sales pages. All refunds are subject to a processing fee.

  • Wellness Coaching vs. Medical Treatment

    AuraWell Collective provides coaching, guidance, and support for lifestyle optimization. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions, nor do we provide medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns.

  • Professional Scope & Qualifications

    Our coaches are certified wellness professionals, not licensed medical doctors, therapists, or dietitians (unless specifically stated for individual coaches). Our services complement, but do not replace, professional medical or mental health care.

  • Health Outcome Disclaimers

    While we provide evidence-based strategies, individual health outcomes vary. We cannot guarantee specific results, as success depends on personal commitment, effort, and individual circumstances.
